Noggin Educational Foundation is looking for passionate and ambitious interns to join our team! We are a Non-Profit organization based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area dedicated to innovative thinking with a heart to serve those most in need in our community. The work we do requires all team members to collaborate, embrace challenges, and commit to flexible thinking. Internship Opportunities

Nonprofit Management Intern: Apply here!

 

Intern will:

  • Identify and create content for all social media sites

  • Keep the website up to date

  • Identify and solicit volunteers

  • Develop and implement donor appreciation programs

  • Research and identify grants and other funding sources

  • Assist with planning and implementing events, programs, and fundraising campaigns

  • Help prepare for and attend Board of Directors meetings

  • Work with the executive assistant and CEO to complete administrative tasks and projects as needed

  • Assist other key leaders in the organization

 

Work can be done remotely. Plus if intern is in the DFW area!

Hours: 5 hours weekly

Podcast Intern: Apply here!

The Podcast, School Dazed: Help For Moms and Dads of School-Aged Kids, features experts tackling a variety of challenges affecting children’s education from bullying, to gaming, to mental health.

Intern will:

  • Research ideas for podcast episodes

  • Identify and engage with potential guests

  • Help develop interview questions

  • Develop social media content

Work can be done remotely. Plus if volunteer is in the DFW area!

Hours: 3 hours weekly

Junior Board Coordinator: Apply here!

The Junior Board (JB) is a youth service opportunity developed to promote the function and growth of Noggin Educational Foundation. The experience is designed to help youth ages 13-17 develop leadership and professional skills, network and make connections, and enhance their resumes through service and volunteerism. Members engage in vital work that supports the mission of NEF and help spread awareness to key stakeholders (schools, parents, volunteers, donors, and community partners).

 

The Coordinator:

  • Works with a team of high school students in a mentor capacity assisting them in the completion of assignments and projects.

  • Works closely with the Junior Board Director preparing and presenting training materials.  

 

Intern will need to be available for in-person meetings in the DFW area. 

Hours: 2-3 hours weekly
