ARD/IEP Advocacy Assistance

Could my child have a learning disability or special need?

An ARD (Admission, Review and,Dismissal) meeting is a meeting of people including teachers, administrators, and other staff members who determine whether or not a student is eligible for special education and develop the Individual Education Program (IEP) for eligible students. Our ARD Advocates are professionals who help parents throughout the ARD process. Parents enrolled in this program are matched with an Advocate who provides support to assist in obtaining the services and accommodations their child needs at school for learning disabilities or special needs.  ARD Advocates are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice.  ARD Advocacy is provided free to families that qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch program or other government assistance.
