David Lange is a leader in Weaver’s Risk Advisory practice, with nearly two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen governance, manage risk and improve operational effectiveness. He works with commercial and growth-stage companies across industries including manufacturing, retail, technology, and digital assets.

 

David leads SOX, Internal Audit and risk advisory initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership teams, CFOs and audit committees to design practical, scalable solutions that support business growth while maintaining strong controls. He also serves as Weaver’s Blockchain and Digital Assets Advisory leader, helping organizations navigate emerging risks, regulatory considerations and governance challenges in rapidly evolving environments.

 

David is an active contributor to the risk and internal audit community through thought leadership and speaking engagements. He is passionate about mentorship, education and expanding access to opportunity, and is proud to support the mission of Noggin through board service.
