Jeff Ghouse
Jeff is an ardent advocate for education and public service. Jeff is from the Dallas area originally and attended the University of Texas at Dallas as well as the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During law school and afterward as an attorney with Norton Rose Fulbright, Jeff volunteered with the Dallas Housing Crisis Clinic, Mosaic Family Services, the North Texas Food Bank, the Salvation Army, and Catholic Charities. His experiences working with underprivileged students as an attorney drove his future career in education. He left the practice of law in 2018 and worked in low-income schools until 2025 as an educator to advocate for education as a path out of poverty and to success. Jeff firmly believes in providing supports for all students to succeed regardless of their economic background.
