Phil Jackson

Phil Jackson is a dedicated advocate for education with extensive experience in Internal Audit, consulting, service industries, and small business ownership. He holds an MBA and a B.S. in Information Systems from Tarleton State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Currently, Phil serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Flexjet LLC in Dallas, TX.

Prior to his role at Flexjet, he held leadership positions at Southwest Airlines, Orthofix Medical, KPMG, and other large and small organizations. His experience spans a diverse range of industries, providing him with a deep understanding of business operations, governance, and financial oversight.

Phil's personal journey has instilled in him a deep appreciation for the transformative power of education. Growing up in early childhood without adequate educational resources, he understands firsthand the challenges faced by underprivileged children. His twin boys have also inspired him to ensure children have access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed.

As the Corporate Partnership Board Member, Phil will leverage his extensive network and business acumen to cultivate strategic partnerships that support Noggin Educational Foundation's mission. He is committed to forging meaningful relationships with corporations to secure financial resources, in-kind donations, and volunteer support.

He is eager to contribute his expertise to help advance the organization's mission of providing innovative educational experiences for children and closing the achievement gap in our society.
