Rachel Roberts-Pickett​

 

 

Rachel Roberts-Pickett is a strategic leader and consultant with more than two decades of experience across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. She has led large-scale programs, managed multimillion dollar grant portfolios, and advised organizations on operational strategy, compliance, and organizational growth. Rachel currently leads consulting efforts through her firm, supporting mission-driven organizations in strengthening systems, expanding impact, and navigating complex funding environments.

Beyond her professional work, Rachel has a long-standing commitment to community service and leadership. In addition to Noggin, she currently serves on the board of 100 Women of Lake Highlands and is an active member of the Women’s League of Lake Highlands. She has spent nine years supporting Dallas ISD through PTAs and Site-Based Decision Making Committees and is also involved with the Young Men’s Service League.

Rachel is married to her husband, Steve, and is a proud mother to her son, Syeed, and bonus son, Patrick. In her free time, she enjoys reading, volunteering, and international travel.
