Tishay Davis

Tishay Davis is a Senior Associate in Portfolio Management and Investor Relations at Evergreen Residential Holdings, where she supports portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and institutional investor reporting across a $4 billion single-family rental (SFR) and build-to-rent (BTR) platform. In her professional role, she leads fund-level performance analytics, strategy, and budgeting/forecasting, while designing data-driven reporting solutions that guide executive decision-making.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Tishay specialized in institutional real estate performance analytics, market research, and investment strategy at Invesco Real Estate and CBRE. Her experience spans the Office, Multifamily, and Industrial sectors, where she managed performance attribution and research as well as authored definitive market reports informing client capital placement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Providence College, as well as a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University.
 

Tishay is passionate about the power of data and accountability to drive real change. At Noggin Educational Foundation, she brings her analytical background to help measure program impact and build the tracking frameworks that support its mission of closing the achievement gap for economically disadvantaged youth. Outside of her professional and board commitments, Tishay is a food fanatic and former Division I collegiate runner who still enjoys running today. She is also an avid traveler and a proud cat mom to her three cats, Pepper, Pixie and Percy Davis.
